Job Description:

Spire Hospitality is looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Social Media strategy, helping with reputation management initiatives, and working with our corporate and hotel teams to increase our online presence. This position will be working closely with our eCommerce, sales, and revenue management departments.

Some responsibilities include:

 

Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Managing Spire Hospitality corporate and hotel social media profiles.

  • Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence.

  • Reputation management including - TripAdvisor, Glassdoor, Expedia, Booking, Google My Business.

  • Managing our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement.

  • Responding to questions, comments, and reviews.

  • Create a regular publishing schedule and promote content through social channels.

  • Analyzing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives.

  • Coaching employees’ company-wide on content creation best practices.

  • Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies

 

 

 

 

Experience and Skills:

 

Skills and Experience:

  • Social Media Marketing experience.

  • Experience developing social media strategies.

  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google My Business and other social media best practices

  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, video) that is both engaging and compelling

  • Experience working with and developing a marketing plan.

  • Ability to develop the right voice for each social media platform.

  • Understanding of graphic design principles.

  • Ability to measure the success of campaigns.

  • Source and engage "influencers"

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud

  • Hotel, restaurant or hospitality marketing experience preferred but not required
