Holiday Inn Peabody is looking for an energetic individual to lead our housekeeping department to GREATNESS !!
We have a wonderful staff in need of a strong manager to guide them in a positive direction. This position will consist of managing the Housekeeping Department and Laundry to insure cleanliness and a high degree of guest satisfaction.
Some other qualities that we are looking for are:
* Oversees staff of Housekeeping Supervisors, Houseman, and Room attendants.
* Highly organized and has a strong eye for detail.
* Conducting Daily and monthly meetings.
* Interviews, hires and trains room attendants in the procedures and techniques.
* Arranges staff work schedule, determining days off.
* Submit payroll records, correcting errors to ensure pay is on time.
* Can work effectively within budget guidelines. Controlling expenses and labor.
* Maintain inventories of amenities, chemical and other supplies.
* Coaches, counsels and disciplines staff, when appropriate.
* Inspect rooms when cleaned
* Perform other related duties as assigned.
