We seek an energetic, customer service oriented, qualified individual to join our new management team to assist in the supervision of our Restaurant and Lounge. The Restaurant Supervisor will monitor and assist with the activities in the restaurant, beverage outlets and room service to maintain established cost and quality standards so as to ensure superior service and maximize profits. This position will be a hands on, hourly position.
Additional duties may include:
*Maintains product and service quality standards by conducting on going evaluations and investigating complaints. Initiate corrective action.
*Establishes and maintains applicable pro-active human resource function to ensure employee motivation, training, and development.
*Establishes and maintains applicable preventative maintenance programs to protect the physical assets of the restaurant.
*Maintains a security function, which protects both the assets of the restaurant and the personal safety of employees and customers.
*Implements and maintains effective two-way communications systems which reach all employees.
*Develops new programs, which result in an increased level of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
*Manages in compliance with the established company policies and procedures.
*Manages in compliance with local, state, and federal law and regulations.
*All other duties as assigned by Food & Beverage Director and General Manager.
