Hotel Shuttle Driver

The hotel Shuttle Driver re-enforces the statement of customer service. The Van Driver is responsible for the comfort and needs of each and every guest. They also must maintain the cleanliness of the van and help with minor cleaning duties during downtime as needs arise and as they are assigned.


Duties & Tasks


  • Be graciously attentive to guests, answering questions and getting additional help when it’s needed.
  • Drive hotel guests to and from the hotel within a 8.5-mile radius including Paine Field 5 days from 5PM - 10PM.


Prior shuttle driver experience is helpful. The ability to communicate effectively in English is required.

Requirements & Skills of Dual Position

The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.

  • Ability to lift, bend, stoop, walk, push or pull heavy luggage, and stand for extended periods of time. Lifting may include luggage weighing up to 100 lbs.

  • Requires finger dexterity, grasping, sitting, standing, walking, writing, bending, repetitive motion, hearing, visual acuity
  • Excellent driving record with the ability to utilize and understand a GPS while driving within a radius of 8.5-miles to and from the hotel.
  • Valid Washington driver's license is absolutely required
