Our Breakfast Attendants maintain the cleanliness of the breakfast area, restock food, plates and utensils and provide professional yet friendly customer service.  Duties include: 

Comply with all federal, state, local and company food handling/sanitation rules.
Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations and buffet line during breakfast with necessary equipment including silverware, plates and condiments
Fill and replenish all buffet items during service time.
Ensures that all equipment in working areas is clean and in proper working condition. Floors and walls are inspected and cleaned daily.
Recover and properly store all unused food service items.
Inspects and polishes brass and glass on buffet sneeze guards on a routine basis.
Transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing for proper cleaning
Perform general cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products as assigned by supervisor to adhere to health standards.

Experience and Skills:

The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation

Ability to understand English so basic guest requests and needs are met. Ability to understand written English to read any caution or safety notices.
Agility to grasp, lift and/or carry, or otherwise, transport up to 50 lbs. through a crowded room.
Ability to move or push goods on a hand cart/truck weighing a maximum of 200 lbs.


Combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abiliti


Customer service expierence required

Licenses or certificates:

Ability to obtain any government required licenses or certificates. For example: State of Colorado Food Handlers Card.
