Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Restaurant Manager. The ideal candidate will be well adept at cutting edge service techniques, trends in food and beverage and inspiring and motivating a team to provide WOW service to our guests.

Following are some of the essential functions of the position:

  • Ensure guest satisfaction.

  • Ensure constant floor presence at all times by effectively managing self and supervisory team schedules.

  • Hire and train line level staff to the standards set by the company.

  • Maintaining everyday administrative duties such as scheduling, payroll, forecasting, product requisitions, inventory procedures, and other tasks set by the director of food and beverage .

  • Ensure quality of food, beverage, and service at all times.

  • Meet financial goals set forth by the Director of Food and Beverage and Hotel General Manager according to hotel budget.

  • Conduct monthly staff meetings.

  • Ensure effective daily communication within the departemnt and with other operating departments.

  • Drive success in our established goals for guest satisfaction scores (HeartBeat), financial goals and employee morale.


Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years in a food and beverage management position.
  • Prior experience in a medium to large hotel property with multiple outlets and extensive meeting space. Upscale brand experience preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge in wines and spirits.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Micros.
  • Excellent with time management, delegation and multi-tasking.
  • Highly motivated, energetic, and passionate individual.
